CRISPR-Cas9-EGFP Expression Vector
The CRISPR-Cas9-EGFP Expression Vector is an all-in-one plasmid system designed for efficient genome editing in mammalian cells, supporting both gene knock-out (KO) and knock-in (KI) applications. It features strong, constitutive expression of Cas9 under a CMV promoter and includes EGFP for real-time visualization of transfection efficiency. The system requires the cloning of gene-specific gRNA sequences under a U6 promoter. Cas9 contains a nuclear localization signal (NLS) to ensure accurate targeting within the nucleus, where it forms a complex with gRNA to mediate precise gene editing. This vector is compatible with lentiviral delivery and is ideal for co-transfection with gene-specific gRNA vectors for targeted genome modification. - kits
